Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, E.J. Malveaux took advantage of “being the tech person of the family” to a new level. After graduating Cum Laude from the Illustrious Clark Atlanta University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics. With a desire to enter the Technology Consulting space, and was emersed in the intersection of Technology and Professional Development, interning with Colgate-Palmolive and Deloitte Consulting.

 In 2020, E.J. decided to leap of faith and become a serial entrepreneur launching Radical Psi-ense, LLC (RadPsi) to offer Strategy, Network. Authenticity Coaching services for Melanin Faceted Scholars, Entrepreneurs, and Non-Profit Organizations and mPRNT Media, LLC, is a family-owned media company he is building with the young creative black men within his family to develop new “Black Family Business” Process models.
